Custom reports

Beyond dashboards, you can build custom reports that combine the metrics you care about and present them in a shareable format. Create a report, add the relevant metrics and visualizations, and save it.

Scheduling and emailing reports

1. Open the dashboard or report you want to send.
2. Use the schedule/report option to set a frequency (for example, weekly every Monday).
3. Add recipients — including non-users such as a business partner — by entering any valid email address.
4. Save the schedule; reports are delivered automatically.

Customizing appearance

Dashboards support themes, colors, and backgrounds so reports can match your brand before you share them.

Useful metrics for a CPR business

• Appointments booked vs. completed (show rate).
