Dashboards are a configurable analytics space where you track the numbers that matter — contacts, appointments, opportunities, calls, and revenue — in one view. You control the layout, the widgets, and who can see each dashboard.
Create a dashboard
- Go to the Dashboard section of your account.
- Open the dashboard selection menu and click + Add Dashboard.
- Enter a dashboard name (for example, "Class Bookings & Revenue").
- Set visibility with the Private Dashboard toggle: ON keeps it to you; OFF lets you set access levels for other users.
- Click Confirm to create the blank dashboard.
Add widgets
On a blank dashboard you'll see Quick Start Widgets. You can:
- Pick from suggested or top-used widgets and click Confirm & Add, or
- Click + Add a widget manually to configure your own, or
- Enter edit mode (pencil icon) and click + Add Widget.
Configure the widget's metric and chart type, click Save on the widget, then Save Changes to save the dashboard layout.
FAQ
What chart types are available? Scorecards, time series, bar/column, donut/pie, and tables, depending on the widget.
