Invoices & Payments in the Mobile App

You can bill clients and take payment directly from the LeadConnector mobile app — useful for collecting payment in person at a class.

Create an invoice on mobile

1. Open the app and go to the Payments area (or the invoice option on a contact).
2. Create a new invoice, add the client and line items, and apply any tax or discount.
3. Send it by email or text, or present the payment screen to the client.

Tap to Pay

Where supported, Tap to Pay lets you accept a contactless card payment using the phone itself — no extra hardware — so you can take payment on site at a class or event.

View invoices and receipts

You can view invoice status and download receipts from the app, so you always have a record on hand.
