The LeadConnector mobile app lets you run your business from your phone — manage conversations, contacts, calendars, and payments on the go. It's the white-labeled mobile companion to your ResQEngage account.
Download and sign in
- Install the LeadConnector app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and sign in with your ResQEngage credentials (for your security, enter your password yourself).
- If your account has multiple locations, select the correct one after signing in.
What you can do in the app
- Conversations: read and reply to SMS, email, and chat from one inbox.
- Contacts: view, create, and update contacts; add notes and tags.
- Calendar: view and manage appointments; book on behalf of a contact.
- Payments: create invoices and take payments (see the payments article).
- Notifications: get push notifications for new messages and bookings.
Notifications
Enable push notifications in the app and on your device so you don't miss a new inquiry or booking. You can tune which notifications you receive in the app settings.
