Getting Started with the LeadConnector Mobile App

The LeadConnector mobile app lets you run your business from your phone — manage conversations, contacts, calendars, and payments on the go. It's the white-labeled mobile companion to your ResQEngage account.

Download and sign in

  1. Install the LeadConnector app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and sign in with your ResQEngage credentials (for your security, enter your password yourself).
  3. If your account has multiple locations, select the correct one after signing in.

What you can do in the app

  • Conversations: read and reply to SMS, email, and chat from one inbox.
  • Contacts: view, create, and update contacts; add notes and tags.
  • Calendar: view and manage appointments; book on behalf of a contact.
  • Payments: create invoices and take payments (see the payments article).
  • Notifications: get push notifications for new messages and bookings.

Notifications

Enable push notifications in the app and on your device so you don't miss a new inquiry or booking. You can tune which notifications you receive in the app settings.
