Contacts & Smart Lists Overview

Contacts is your CRM — every student, lead, and client. Smart Lists are saved, filtered views of your contacts that update automatically as contacts match (or stop matching) the filter.

The contact list

Go to Contacts to see all contacts. From here you can search, filter, sort, and open any contact's detail page. The detail page shows activity, conversations, appointments, notes, tasks, and any custom fields.

Creating a Smart List

  1. In Contacts, click Add Filter and choose conditions (for example, Tag is "CPR-Adult" AND Created in the last 30 days).
  2. Click Save as Smart List and name it.
  3. The Smart List appears as a tab and stays current automatically.

Useful Smart List ideas for a CPR business

  • "Upcoming class – this week" (by appointment date).
  • "Certification expiring soon" (by certification date field).
  • "Corporate leads" (by tag or source).
  • "No-shows" (by appointment status).
