Surveys
Surveys are multi-step forms, useful for longer intake or feedback. Create one under Sites → Surveys, add fields across multiple steps, and enable conditional logic so later questions depend on earlier answers (for example, show the corporate-training questions only if "Booking for a group?" is Yes).
- Go to Sites → Surveys and create a survey.
- Add questions and group them into steps.
- Add conditional logic where needed.
- Set the on-submit behavior, save, and embed or share.
Survey answers show on the contact record and can trigger workflows via the Survey Submitted trigger.
Quizzes
Quizzes score answers and show a dynamic result. They're useful for engagement (for example, "Which CPR course is right for you?"). Assign categories and point values to answers, define score tiers, and set a result message per tier. A Quiz Submitted trigger can route the contact into the right follow-up workflow.
