The chat widget lets visitors message you from your website; conversations land in your Conversations inbox.
- Go to Sites → Chat Widget (or the Chat Widget area).
- Create a widget and customize its appearance, greeting, and business hours.
- Choose how leads are captured (name, email, phone) before the chat starts.
- Copy the widget's install code.
- Paste the code into your website's header, or add it through your site builder's custom-code area. On the ResQEngage site builder you can enable it without manual code.
- Publish your site and send a test message to confirm it arrives in Conversations.
