Social Planner lets you create, schedule, and publish posts to your connected social accounts from one place — handy for promoting class dates and sharing safety tips consistently.
Connect accounts
- Go to Marketing → Social Planner.
- Open settings and connect your accounts (for example, Facebook Page, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Authorize each connection; reconnect periodically if a platform expires the token.
Create and schedule a post
- Click + Create Post.
- Write your caption, add media (image/video), and pick which connected accounts to publish to.
- Choose to publish now, schedule for a date/time, or save as a draft.
- Review in the calendar view, where you can drag to reschedule.
Recurring and bulk posting
You can set recurring posts for evergreen content (for example, a weekly "Book your CPR class" reminder) and review everything in the calendar to keep a consistent cadence.
Platform-specific notes
Some formats are platform-specific (for example, Instagram Stories, Pinterest pins). Confirm your Instagram account is a Business/Creator profile for full scheduling support, and that the correct Facebook Page is connected.
