How learners get access

  • Free offer: grant access via a sign-up/offer link.
  • Paid: sell the course through an order form, funnel, or payment link; buyers are enrolled automatically on purchase.
  • Manual/automated: grant access with a workflow action when a contact meets a condition (for example, completed an in-person class).

Managing members

From the Memberships area you can see enrolled members, grant or revoke access, and track progress through the course.

Communities

Communities give your students a branded space to interact — useful for ongoing engagement between certifications. You can set up groups, manage members, and moderate content. Create a community inside your account, customize it, and invite or auto-add members (for example, everyone who completed a class).

Themes

Membership/course sites support themes so the learning experience matches your brand.
