Funnels vs. Websites: What to Build

Created by ResQWare Solutions, Modified on Thu, 28 May at 9:34 AM by ResQWare Solutions

ResQEngage includes a drag-and-drop builder for both funnels and websites. They use the same editor; the difference is structure and intent.

  • Funnel: a short, focused series of steps guiding a visitor toward one action — for example, a class registration page followed by a payment step and a thank-you page. Best for conversions.
  • Website: a multi-page site with navigation (Home, About, Classes, Contact). Best for an ongoing online presence.

A CPR-training business often uses both: a marketing website plus dedicated funnels for specific class offers.

Creating a funnel

  1. Go to Sites and choose Funnels.
  2. Click + New Funnel and start from a template or blank.
  3. Add steps (pages) and arrange them in order.
  4. Edit each page in the builder, then set the funnel's domain/path in settings.
  5. Publish and test the full flow end to end.

Creating a website

  1. Go to Sites → Websites and click + New Website.
  2. Start from a template or blank; add pages and set up the navigation menu.
  3. Edit each page in the builder, connect your domain, publish, and preview.
